Splio propose aux marques un CRM AI-first propulsé par Tinyclues AI afin d’orchestrer un marketing client personnalisé à grande échelle sur l’ensemble de leurs canaux. L’intelligence prédictive de Tinyclues est désormais déployée au coeur de la plateforme et irrigue l’ensemble des produits, marketing automation, CDP et moteur de fidélité. La plateforme intègre également Ask My CRM, un agent IA conçu comme un copilote des équipes marketing pour accéder rapidement aux insights et piloter les actions au quotidien.

Déjà adoptée par plus de 500 entreprises (retail, télécoms, tourisme, transports…) en Europe et au MEA, Splio est utilisée chaque jour par des enseignes comme Quick, Cojean, Air France, Fnac Darty, KIABI, Cyrillus, APC, Samsung ou encore Orange.

Job Description

Your mission

You will work within the Product Marketing team.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be at the heart of our Go-to-Market strategy. Your deliverables will be used every day across the company. You will be the bridge between the product vision and commercial execution, and you will work closely with the Product, Revenue, and Marketing teams based in France and Spain.

Your mission

At the heart of our Go-to-Market strategy, your responsibilities are built around three pillars:

1) Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Collect and synthesize market insights: competitive analyses, trends, and market signals to inform product and marketing strategy.

  • Build actionable comparisons and summaries for customer-facing teams.

2) Messaging & Brand Positioning

  • Contribute to defining product and offer positioning and key messages.

  • Help produce deliverables such as value propositions, Unique Selling Propositions (USPs), proof points, and objection handling so our offering is the obvious choice in the market.

3) Growth & Sales Enablement

  • Help prepare and support the launch of our offers.

  • Create and maintain enablement content (sales decks, one-pagers, battlecards, pitches, demo scripts, success stories) to help Sales close complex deals.

  • Ensure consistency across content (messaging and structure).

  • Orchestrate in-app communication (new features, roadmap, etc.) in collaboration with the Product and Tech teams to engage users directly within our interfaces.

  • Contribute to field marketing initiatives (content creation, organizing webinars and masterclasses, etc.).

Preferred Experience

  • You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (M1 or M2) at a business school, or in communications or marketing, or an equivalent program.

  • You have strong writing and communication skills in French and English. Spanish is a plus.

  • You are particularly interested in new technologies (software, Artificial Intelligence, etc.) and marketing-related topics.

  • You’re comfortable with/and curious about generative AI and can leverage it to speed up content production (summaries, sales presentations, one-pagers), ensure reliable execution, and automate and streamline processes.

  • You are curious, detail-oriented, and creative, and you enjoy coming up with new content ideas and innovative formats.

  • You are organized, able to manage several projects at the same time, and you are a team player.

  • You are comfortable working in a cross-functional environment (Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) and collaborating with different profiles on a variety of tasks.

  • A 1-hour interview to present the use case with Pauline (your future Manager) and Jorma (PMM Expert)
